Spread your Wings
This is a course designed for those who are interested in the Renaissance idea of fulfilling all your potentials. (It is also known as The Raphael Experience).
This course is based on The Pleasure Principle. The group is an energy amplifier and transmitter, so when we align our individual energies we can find ourselves transported into a state that could be described as "sacred rapture". (a.k.a group synergy). This can release us from stress, inertia and depression, as our natural vitality bubbles up to the surface. Anxieties dissolve and we find ourselves becoming more spontaneous, creative and insightful.
Group activities include harmony–voice, movement, massage , guided exercises in awareness and a sprinkling of circle dance. An atmosphere of safety, respect and non–judgmental support is created, so absolutely no prior experience is required. A blissful experience with lasting benefits!
This week is ideal for you if:
You would like to enrich your life and feel a boost of joy
You are facing a major decision or change.
You are wanting to increase your self–confidence.
You want to develop your creativity
