This is one of Stefan's early 'hits' which dates back to a cassette of his choreographies called 'Daydream 2' (mid-1980s). The beautiful sad song from Hungary tells of love lost using the imagery of a flower carried away by the stream into the ocean's depth.
Most forms of dancing are determinedly cheery, while circle dance is unusual in finding a place for every human emotion. Nothing has to be hidden or left out as we express our lives through dancing and share our deepest feelings.
