This sun-blissed song and dance begins with a short meditative stillness to the sound of a Tibetan bell. We celebrate the life-giving warmth of our home star. The second part of the dance sequence incorporates Greek Syrtos steps.
When swaying please remember to raise the arms very gradually and with strength, like a sunrise.
