Sometimes life is so full of cares and responsibilities we lose contact with the joy which is our natural birthright.
As swifts at dawn swoop and call so humans dance and sing.
Take this chance to connect with other people in a festive atmosphere. Celebrate your birthday, a bold decision, a friendship, something new in your life or whatever is important to you. Come and participate through joining hands in a circle to enjoy easy dances full of sunshine. Rhythmical music from South America, Africa, Greece and many lands will guide your steps. Pick up a drum, let your voice sing out, or just “dip in and out”. You will find a friendly group where you can just be yourself, and everything is informal and optional.
